Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing employee records and HRIS data.
• Supporting employee relations and policy implementation.
• Facilitating benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Prior experience in human resources, particularly within the aviation industry, is advantageous.
