Aviation Pilot Opportunity - Jet Aircraft Operations
An esteemed aviation organization is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced pilot to join their flight operations team. This position offers a compelling opportunity to operate sophisticated jet aircraft while adhering to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Gulfstream G200, or similar midsize jet aircraft, in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, established company procedures, and rigorous safety protocols.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight planning, encompassing detailed analysis of weather conditions, fuel requirements, optimal routing, and precise weight and balance and performance calculations.
- Verify and ensure the currency of all essential documentation, inspections, and certifications prior to each flight to guarantee operational readiness and safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a current and valid First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1,500 flight hours in multi-engine aircraft.
- A minimum of 1,000 flight hours in turbojet aircraft.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 500 flight hours in type, specifically the Gulfstream G200 or comparable midsize jet.
