About the Role
SkyShare is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to contribute to the success of its operations at the esteemed CB SkyShare Fixed-Base Operator (FBO). This position is instrumental in cultivating a robust and engaged workforce within the dynamic aviation industry.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top aviation professionals.
- Facilitating employee onboarding and integration into the SkyShare team.
- Administering employee relations programs and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assisting with compensation and benefits administration.
- Providing HR support and guidance to management and employees.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with a preference for experience within the aviation sector or a related fast-paced industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
