Pilot Position - Alaska Seaplanes
Alaska Seaplanes is actively seeking highly qualified and dedicated aviation professionals to join its esteemed team as Pilots. Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1,500 hours.
- Regulatory Compliance: Must meet all flight time requirements as stipulated by FAR 135.243(c).
- License Requirements: Possession of a valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate.
- Medical Certificate: A current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided by Alaska Seaplanes.
- Licensing Authority: Open to FAA license holders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Time in Type: Candidates with 100 hours of flight time in type are highly preferred.
- Alaska Experience: Prior flight experience in Alaska is considered a significant advantage.
