They execute pre-flight duties, which include inspecting safety equipment, ensuring aircraft cleanliness, verifying the currency of seat pocket information, and confirming that all meals and stock are onboard. They welcome passengers, direct them to their seats, and inform them of aircraft safety procedures, ensuring all hand luggage is securely stored. Prior to take-off, they verify all passenger seat belts and galleys are secure. The Cabin Crew makes announcements on behalf of the pilot, answers passenger questions, and performs sales of meals and duty-free goods, advising passengers on destination allowance restrictions. In emergency situations, they reassure passengers, ensuring proper adherence to safety procedures. At the conclusion of a flight, they ensure safe passenger disembarkation, verify no luggage is left in overhead lockers, and complete necessary paperwork, including flight reports.
