This is a unique opportunity for highly skilled Captains and First Officers based in South America to join the rapidly expanding A320 fleet of the Middle East and North Africa's first and largest low-cost carrier.

Air Arabia stands as the pioneering and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) operator across the Middle East and North Africa. The airline is committed to expanding global connectivity, entering new markets, and continuously enhancing operational efficiency and innovation. In the first half of 2025, Air Arabia strategically added two aircraft to its modern fleet, bringing its total to 83 owned and leased Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. An additional 120 new aircraft are currently on order, with deliveries anticipated to commence by the end of 2025.
Throughout the first half of the year, Air Arabia significantly expanded its network by launching 13 new routes across its operational hubs in the UAE, Morocco, Egypt, and Pakistan. Furthermore, Air Arabia is a proud consortium member, alongside Nesma Group and KUN Holding, that successfully won the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s (GACA) bid to establish and operate a new national low-cost airline. This new venture, based at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is projected to begin operations in early 2026, significantly boosting domestic and international air connectivity for the Kingdom's Eastern Province.
