A320 SFI / SFE - Training Department
Pier Seven, an EASA and GCAA-approved simulator training facility based in Sharjah, UAE, is currently seeking experienced A320 SFI / SFE professionals to join the training department. We are offering both freelance and permanent positions for candidates who are passionate about aviation instruction and committed to excellence in training delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting thorough and professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in accordance with GCAA (UAE) standards.

Delivering simulator sessions in adherence to ATO, Aircraft Manufacturer, or client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Providing expert classroom instruction on aircraft systems.

Delivering simulator flight instruction for the issuance of licenses, type ratings, and certificates.

Contributing to courseware development to ensure training programs remain accurate, current, and responsive to client requirements.

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client training records.

Executing additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Minimum Requirements

Valid GCAA (UAE) license.

Current SFI/SFE rating with active A320 training delivery experience within the last two years.

Minimum of 1,500 PIC hours on the A320.

Minimum of 3,000 total flying hours.

ICAO English proficiency level 5 or higher.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Excellent teaching and communication capabilities.

Proven ability to adapt instructional styles to suit a diverse, global client base.
