Aero is looking for the next generation of aviators in particular Captain (PIC) to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES
    • We are looking for great people that can:
    • Set a high standard for providing our customers with safe and reliable travel
    • Handle a wide variety of situations while working with other team members and our customers
    • Work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision
    • Ensure the safety and comfort of our customers
    • Provide leadership by responding to a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations
    • Work in climates and locations across the globe and work variable shifts
REQUIREMENTS
    • Excellent communication skills and quick and accurate decision making
    • Close attention to detail
    • ATP License
    • 1 year 135/121 experience
    • Ability to work varying hours of the day or night, on weekends and holidays
    • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges
    • Fulfillment of TSA criminal background checks
    • Must pass DOT drug screening
    • Ability to learn and work with PEDs
    • Current Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating (multi-engine)
    • Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator permit
    • Valid First Class Medical Certificate
    • Must have the right to work in the United States
    • Additionally, we require all of our pilots to have a valid passport and documentation allowing for entry into the United States after an international flight.

Additional Benefits
    • First-year compensation of $115,000 with consistent year-over-year increases.
    • Pay starts day one, 24/7 per diem while away from base for training.
    • Schedules built to a minimum of 15 days off a month with many overnights in base.
    • As part of Aero’s equity incentive plan, Aero provides stock options that will give you the opportunity to own a piece of the company that you are helping to build.
    • Our paid time off policy includes accrued vacation, sick leave, bereavement, and covid sick leave.
    • Aero will make an employer contribution to your health insurance premium payments which include medical, dental, and vision plans
    • A monthly travel stipend of $800 is to be used towards commuting expenses.
    • Aero paid for Known Crew Member (KCM).
