Advanced Air, LLC | CL30 Pilot

Advanced Air, LLC is seeking an experienced Challenger 300 Lead Pilot for a full-time, home-based position in the Western United States, operating out of Hawthorne, California. This role involves leading a two-pilot crew and supporting the Part 135 operations of the Challenger 300 aircraft.

About the Role

The Challenger 300 Lead Pilot will serve as Pilot in Command (PIC), reporting to the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations. This position requires the ability to multitask, make complex decisions, and manage various aviation-related tasks. The Lead Pilot is responsible for crew scheduling, aircraft readiness, stocking, and ensuring all passenger-facing electronics are operational. This role also involves overseeing aircraft expenses, contributing to Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Challenger 300 PIC Type Rating.
• 3,000 hours Total Time.
• 1,000 PIC Turbine hours.
• High-level working knowledge of FAR Part 91, 61, and AIM Part Sections 4 & 5.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift objects exceeding 150 lbs.
• Ability to climb onto and off of an airplane wing.
• Ability to execute flights of up to 4.5 hours, with a total flight time of 10 hours per day within a 14-hour duty period.
• Must reside within the Western United States.
• Must pass a Preemployment DOT Drug test and be subject to random Drug Screening.
• CFI, CFII, and MEI Certificates are preferred.
