Captain - Corporate Flight Operations

ONEOK, a prominent Fortune 500 midstream energy company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Captain to join its expanding corporate flight operation. This role involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely air transportation of company personnel and associates, holding full pilot-in-command authority on company CL30 aircraft.

About the Role

The Captain will collaborate with the Assistant Chief Pilot and Chief Pilot, upholding a safety-first culture within a dedicated flight department. Responsibilities include serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC), ensuring regulatory compliance, and meticulously preparing aircraft and flight plans for optimal safety and passenger comfort. The position requires exemplary customer service, including coordination of catering and ground transportation. This role necessitates residency in or relocation to the Tulsa area and involves extensive travel, including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours in multi-engine aircraft.
• Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in turbine-powered aircraft.
• Must meet all currency requirements for instrument flight time and night landings.
• Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
• A CL30 (Challenger 300) type rating is preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a First Class FAA medical certificate.
• Must hold a passport and be able to travel to Canada.
• Effective communication skills are expected for interacting with flight department personnel, company employees, and Air Traffic Control.
