FlightWorks | CL30 Captain

FlightWorks is seeking a full-time Captain (PIC) for Challenger 300 operations based in Kennesaw, Georgia (KRYY). This role involves conducting safe and efficient flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations while ensuring an exceptional passenger experience.

About the Role

The Challenger 300 Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position requires effective communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic aircraft management environment. The role operates under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.

Requirements

• FAA ATP certificate (ATP_UNRESTRICTED or ATP_RESTRICTED)
• Current first-class medical certificate
• Minimum 3,500 hours of total flight time
• Minimum 2,000 hours of multi-engine flight time
• Minimum 2,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time
• Minimum 200 hours of time in type (Challenger 300 preferred)
• Fluent in English
• No record of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions
• High school education
• Demonstrated professional aircraft operation, strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, work ethic, and teamwork
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Georgia
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing

Qualifications

• Challenger 300 type rating is preferred.
