About the Role
Vista America is recruiting home-based Captains to operate its Challenger 300/350 aircraft within the United States. The role involves acting as Captain, reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of flight operations and passenger service. This position features a 15/13 roster and a guaranteed first-year base pay of $195,000. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for direct-entry Captains with a current typed and current Challenger CL30 rating.
Requirements

FAA ATP certificate.

PIC jet type rating.

Minimum 3,000 fixed-wing flight hours.

Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.

Minimum 1,500 multi-engine hours.

Minimum 1,000 turbine hours.

Minimum 300 logged IFR experience.

Current FAA first-class medical certificate.

No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the preceding five years.

Eligibility to meet applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.

Ability to travel to all destinations served by the operator.

Recent flight experience: 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 flight hours within the preceding 90 days.
