Solairus Aviation seeks a full-time Challenger 300 (CL300) Captain for an operation based at KAPC airport in Napa, California. The Captain will ensure the safe and professional operation of the aircraft, support client travel requirements, and uphold Solairus Aviation's commitment to safety, service, and integrity, while fostering a high standard of teamwork and performance.

About the Role

The Challenger 300 Captain is accountable for the safe operation of the CL300, conducting flights in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies, Federal Aviation Regulations, and the approved Aircraft Flight Manual. Responsibilities include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, performing pre-flight inspections, assessing weather and route information, ensuring the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew, and meticulously completing all required trip documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum of 1,500 hours in Multi-Engine Land (MEL).
• Minimum of 500 hours as PIC in Multi-Engine Land (MEL PIC).
• Minimum of 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• Minimum of 250 hours of instrument time.
• Type rating on the Challenger 300 or a comparable aircraft.
• Valid first-class medical certificate.
• Availability for on-call duties.
• Completion of annual ICAO international procedures training.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KAPC or willingness to relocate.
