Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of application.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 158 cm, strictly enforced to comply with operational safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport is mandatory.
- Candidates must be in good physical and mental health, with the ability to successfully pass a rigorous aero medical examination.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional international languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated confidence in the water when utilizing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Must exhibit a highly professional appearance and be well-groomed, strictly adhering to flydubai’s esteemed grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while the candidate is in uniform.
- Must possess a safety-conscious mindset and the proven ability to respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to work highly irregular shift patterns, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach, with a dedication to working effectively within a multi-cultural team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Minimum Education and Professional Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a customer service-focused role is required, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or high-end retail sectors.
- Previous international aviation experience is highly advantageous.

Remuneration Details:
- Fixed Monthly Income: Approximately USD 2,252 (comprising Basic Salary plus Housing and Transportation allowances).
- Variable Flying Pay: An average estimated monthly income of USD 1,200, based on an average of 90 flying hours.
