About the Role

Key Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum height of 158 cm is required, in compliance with airline safety regulations.
- A professional and well-groomed appearance is essential, adhering to flydubai’s specific grooming standards.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Applicants must be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a core requirement; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Confidence in the water while wearing a flotation aid/life jacket is necessary.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, is expected.
- The role demands an enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- The ability to be respectful, adaptable, and collaborate effectively within a multi-cultural team environment is crucial.
- A strong safety-conscious mindset and the capability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies are fundamental.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
- International aviation experience is viewed favorably.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is required, with experience in aviation, hospitality, or retail being particularly relevant.
Training Bond
- A training bond of USD 2,650 (approximately AED 9,700) is applicable for the first year of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation includes a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance, totaling AED 8,275 per month.
- Variable flying pay is provided in addition to the fixed compensation, averaging approximately AED 4,500 per month based on an average of 90 flying hours.

ISR Requirements
The individual is required to read and comply with the Company's ISR policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the relevant Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completion of all mandatory ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations are essential.
