Candidate Requirements

Wizz Air seeks candidates who meet the following essential criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE qualification, or an equivalent educational standard.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and no limitations.
  • Be able to swim confidently.
  • Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
  • Reside within, or be prepared to relocate to an area within 90 minutes of the chosen base, with readiness to commute according to the work schedule.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition.
  • Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
