Position Summary
Wing Aviation is actively seeking an experienced and highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Gulfstream GIV aircraft. This full-time position will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and offers an exceptional opportunity to join a premier business aviation operation dedicated to safety and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot in Command will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream GIV aircraft.
- Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft prior to each flight.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections in strict accordance with the approved aircraft flight manual.
- Completing comprehensive checks of weather conditions and facility availability along the planned route, including all intended and alternate airports.
- Ensuring all flights are conducted in strict adherence to Wing Aviation's policies and procedures, as well as all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Prioritizing and ensuring the utmost safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.
- Accurately completing all required trip paperwork in accordance with established company procedures.
Qualifications

Required Certifications and Licenses
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- First Class Medical Certificate, valid for ATP privileges.
- Type Rating: GIV PIC.
Required Experience
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land Time: 500 hours.
- Instrument Time: 300 hours.
- Turbine Engine Time: 200 hours.
- Time in Type (GIV): 200 hours.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional aviation experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated skill in making proactive, sound, and timely decisions.
- Exceptional ability to set priorities effectively and maintain high levels of organization.
- Ability to maintain a valid First-Class Medical Certificate without interruption.
- Commitment to upholding the highest service standards within an evolving regulatory environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an unparalleled passenger experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and the ability to strictly comply with 14 CFR Part 91 and 14 CFR Part 135 Operations, FAA Regulations, Aircraft Flight and Equipment manuals, and any other information pertinent to each flight.
Location Requirement
Preference will be given to local candidates with the appropriate rating and currency. Successful applicants must reside within a two-hour call-out radius of the aircraft's base in Las Vegas, Nevada.
