Voyageur Aviation Corp. seeks a highly skilled and motivated First Officer CRJ-200 to join its Flight Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Flight Operations, the First Officer will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's CRJ fleet, primarily supporting overseas bases in Africa and the Middle East. This individual will serve as Second-in-Command, providing crucial support to the Pilot-in-Command and ensuring operational control parameters are maintained throughout all flights. The First Officer will be tasked with maintaining on-time performance, achieving flight objectives, and ensuring the safety and security of passengers, crew, aircraft, and cargo. The role requires liaising effectively with the Pilot-in-Command, Voyageur's Dispatch department, ATC, FSS, and customers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring all necessary maps, charts, and navigation equipment are readily available on the aircraft, maintaining qualifications to crew CRJ aircraft, and actively participating in safety briefings. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, air regulations, and standard operating procedures is mandatory, as is the completion of all required operational paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid CPL or ATPL, along with a CL65 Type Rating. They should have a minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time, including at least 750 hours Pilot-in-Command time and a minimum of 300 hours on a CL65 aircraft. The successful candidate must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A willingness to work a flexible rotation schedule and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions are essential. Voyageur Aviation Corp. welcomes candidates with previous experience as a Pilot, and experience with CRJ aircraft including the CRJ 200 and CRJ 900 models. Transferable skills in areas such as Bombardier aircraft, airline operations, cargo, charters, overseas and international flights will also be considered.
