Job Description

Vista America is seeking experienced Captains for its CL300/350 fleet. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, serve as a brand ambassador, and possess a proactive attitude towards supporting the team. This role offers the opportunity to provide luxury service to passengers as part of a global team, with comprehensive support for career growth, including advancement to larger aircraft and leadership positions. Responsibilities

  • Provide iconic, luxury service to passengers.
  • Operate CL300/350 aircraft.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and problem solver.
  • Contribute to a global, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a pilot.
  • Understanding of aviation terminology (e.g., "George is flying...", "Line up and wait...", "Ground stop...", "Negative ghost rider, the pattern is full").
  • Willingness to be a great problem solver, brand ambassador, and team supporter.

What We Offer

  • Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: CL30 - $180,000
