The Opportunity:

Based in Perth, most shifts will allow you to return home the same day, minimizing time away from your loved ones. While you will be part of a team, you will also have the chance to connect with new people daily, creating a dynamic and rewarding work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests onboard Virgin Australia aircraft and provide a warm and professional farewell upon arrival.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive safety briefings, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, catering to the needs of all guests, including those with special requirements.
- Ensure a fun and engaging travel experience for unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, effectively handling unexpected situations such as weather delays or emergencies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a strong passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of previous employment experience (part-time or full-time) in customer-facing roles.
- Possesses a valid Australian passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining.
- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Holds a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Is able to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Meets the height requirement of 180cm.
