Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Professional

The Cabin Crew Professional is entrusted with managing the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of the aircraft cabin. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing professional welcomes and farewells for all guests boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
  • Delivering clear, comprehensive mandatory safety briefings and ensuring all passengers adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations.
  • Providing brilliant, proactive service to all guests throughout the flight experience.
  • Offering diligent assistance to passengers with special needs, requirements, or mobility concerns.
  • Facilitating safe and enjoyable travel experiences for unaccompanied minors (UMs).
  • Working collaboratively as an integral part of a professional operating team.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and resilience when handling operational complexities, including environmental factors, scheduling delays, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidence and composure under pressure to ensure guests feel secure and well-cared for.
  • Acknowledging that this role may involve occasional exposure to pets (cats and dogs) travelling onboard the aircraft.
