Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Professional
The Cabin Crew Professional is entrusted with managing the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of the aircraft cabin. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing professional welcomes and farewells for all guests boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
- Delivering clear, comprehensive mandatory safety briefings and ensuring all passengers adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations.
- Providing brilliant, proactive service to all guests throughout the flight experience.
- Offering diligent assistance to passengers with special needs, requirements, or mobility concerns.
- Facilitating safe and enjoyable travel experiences for unaccompanied minors (UMs).
