Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
- Warmly welcoming guests onboard aircraft and facilitating their smooth departure at their destination.
- Delivering clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols throughout the flight.
- Providing brilliant, personalized service to all guests, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
- Assisting guests with special needs and ensuring a positive and safe experience for unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a dynamic team, engaging with diverse individuals daily and experiencing new places.
- Maintaining composure and confidence under pressure, effectively handling unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or emergencies, thereby reassuring passengers of their safety and comfort.
Qualifications and Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following essential criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
- A minimum of three years of previous employment, either full-time or part-time, in roles explicitly focused on caring for people or customers.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Comfortable being in proximity to cats and dogs who may travel on board the aircraft from time to time.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
