Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests onboard Virgin Australia aircraft, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
- Deliver comprehensive and clear safety briefings, ensuring all passengers understand and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, including those with special needs, ensuring a positive and memorable journey.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated cabin crew team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, confidently managing unexpected situations such as weather delays or emergencies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer service or care-related roles.
- Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
- Height requirement: Ability to reach up to 180cm.
