Responsibilities:
- Welcoming passengers onboard and ensuring a smooth departure and arrival.
- Delivering comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring passenger compliance.
- Providing attentive and personalized service to all guests, catering to their individual needs.
- Assisting passengers with special requirements, including unaccompanied minors.
- Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and engaging onboard atmosphere.
- Maintaining composure and professionalism in challenging situations, including weather delays and emergencies.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow crew members to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, encompassing early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
