About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests upon boarding and disembarking.
- Conducting clear and comprehensive safety briefings and enforcing safety protocols.
- Providing exceptional service to all guests, exceeding expectations and addressing their individual needs.
- Assisting guests with special needs and ensuring a positive experience for unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborating with the cabin crew team to maintain a safe and enjoyable flight environment.
- Demonstrating a calm and confident demeanor, particularly in unexpected situations, such as weather disruptions, delays, or emergencies.
- Embracing a dynamic work environment, including a 24/7 rotating roster with early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety. They will be a team player, adaptable to changing circumstances, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time or part-time employment in roles focused on customer service or caregiving, such as customer service, nursing, hospitality, or retail.
- Valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
