As a Virgin Australia Cabin Crew member, you will:
- Warmly welcome guests onboard and bid them farewell upon arrival
- Deliver clear and comprehensive safety briefings, ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, exceeding expectations with a positive and helpful attitude
- Assist passengers with special needs and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for unaccompanied minors
- Thrive as part of a dynamic team, collaborating effectively to ensure seamless operations
- Handle unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays and emergencies with composure and professionalism, prioritizing guest safety and comfort
Ideal candidates possess the following attributes:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
- A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- A positive and adaptable approach to challenging situations
Minimum requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm
