Job Details
- Salary: Basic salary starts at £22,447.32, plus average expected trip pay of circa £5000, other variable payments, and subsistence allowances down route (based on 48 trips per year).
- Contract: Permanent

Role Overview
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of the airline, embodying its bold spirit and passion for travel. You will be responsible for delivering safety, security, and operational excellence onboard, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring journeys are fun and inclusive.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role and training, candidates must possess the following:
- The right to live and work in the UK (skilled worker visa sponsorship is not offered).
- No live or unspent criminal convictions or pending cases.
- Ability to swim 25 metres unaided and board a raft from the water using a rope ladder without assistance.
- A minimum of two years of customer-facing service experience at the time of application.
- A minimum of three GCSEs (A*-C or 9-4) or academic equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Safety Critical Criteria:
- Ability to safely handle physical demands, including pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, and maneuvering equipment or people in normal and emergency situations.
- Clear communication, accurate hearing, and prompt response in safety-critical situations, including in noisy environments or when wearing protective equipment or facing physical barriers.
- Ability to read, interpret, and accurately follow safety and medical information, including small text and digital displays, in various lighting and emergency conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk unaided for extended periods (minimum 8 hours) while maintaining safety awareness and performance.
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces, including serving hot items, using clear verbal and physical communication, and maneuvering in restricted areas of the aircraft.
- Ability to respond immediately and effectively to medical and safety emergencies, including performing first aid, CPR, and evacuation procedures.
- Ability to safely handle and serve a diverse menu of beverages and food, including all allergens and religious offerings.
- Ability to travel freely across the airline’s entire route network without restriction, meeting all visa, entry, and health requirements.
Assessment Centre Requirements:
- Ability to reach up to 210cm without shoes, with arms extended and on tiptoes if necessary.
- Ability to adopt the brace position in a 45cm high seat with feet flat on the floor (without shoes) and comfortably secure a harness without an extension seatbelt.
Training Program
A comprehensive and rewarding training program is provided, consisting of online modules and a five-week in-person course covering Safety and Security, Safety Equipment and Procedures, Aviation Medicine, and Service. Successful completion of training exams is required to graduate.
