Key Responsibilities:
Assists the Manager of Human Factor’s in preparing data and developing recommendations for initial and recurrent human factors training. Develops data analytics, and Flight Safety Action Program (FSAP)/ Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) analysis. Publishes Human Factors communications for United Airlines pilots. Provide support for the Enhanced Crew Resource Management (ECRM) program, Flying the Line, Command Seminar, and New Hire courses. Supervise human factors facilitator schedules and currency
+ FSAP/ FOQA Analytics:
+ Analysis of FSAP and FOQA data for AQP and SRT reports quarterly
+ Fatigue FSAP data monthly analysis.
+ Provide FSAP and FOQA summary slides quarterly for the fleet “Hot Items”
+ Enhance Crew Resource Management (ECRM)/ Flying the Line/ Command Seminar/ Indoctrination/ Returning Pilot Training (RPT) class support
+ Schedule, plan, and coordinate off site training course
+ Manage course feedback information
+ Coordinate communication to the pilots attending classes
+ Note any updates required for the courseware
+ Track facilitator currency and schedule, plan and organize bi-annual stand down meetings
+ New Hire department support
+ Schedule, plan, and coordinate new hire pilot courses
+ Manage course feedback information
+ Coordinate communication to the pilots attending classes
+ Note any updates required for the courseware
+ Track facilitator currency
+ Schedule, plan and organize instructor bi-annual stand down meetings
+ Human Factors courseware development and support
+ Supervises currency of Human Factors courseware
+ Coordinate courseware changes with the System Matter Experts (SME’s)
+ Coordinate with the Courseware Developers on changes to documents and courseware
+ Coordinate Human Factors publications to the pilots

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
+ Minimum two years experience in a training environment or flight operations environment
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Organizational ability to prioritize and multi-task
+ Problem solving and decision making
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

+ Bachelor’s Degree (BS)
+ Knowledge of Unimatic, Microsoft Office Suite, programs and Mint
+ Knowledge of FARs and United Airlines pilot training requirements
The salary for this position is $52,800 to $77,440 dependent on job-related, equal opportunity factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
