Job overview and responsibilities
The Analyst, Administration role provides support to the Pilot Crew Scheduling operations team. The role entails responsibility for daily desk assignments, attendance and dependability tracking, daily operational scheduling and team member related FMLA documentation. The role will monitor real-time email inboxes to identify and award scheduling requests to our scheduler team in line with Crew Scheduling policies
+ Assigns daily operational assignments and work scope to the pilot scheduling team
+ Assigns desk assignments for which base and fleet team members will be working by analyzing current staffing levels and fleet/base workloads
+ Monitors sick call outs and work from home allowances to track dependability
+ Utilizes RosterApps to reflect accurate scheduling
+ Updating team member status and posting overtime and VTO to address shortages/surpluses in staffing
+ Creates dependability letters when attendance and dependability thresholds are exceeded
+ Supports monthly scheduling, including training scheduling for the pilot scheduling team
+ Ensures alignment of payroll accuracy to hours worked
+ Ensuring premiums and shift differentials are applied accurately
+ Pairs with workforce administration team to provide 7-days-per-week operational support for the pilot crew scheduling team
+ Adapting to support other administrative tasks when required
Qualifications
Required
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year of experience in the administrative or workforce management space
+ Coordination of multiple priorities in a real-time operational environment
+ Ability to structure confidential employee data into an easily accessible and addressable format
+ Ability to calculate time and dates
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
+ Studied Business Management Administration
+ Experience in workforce management, staff planning and allocation and attendance management or payroll
