Key Responsibilities:
The Sr Staff Rep – Human Factors & Pilot Development (HFPD) supports the Senior Manager of HFPD and our pilots in training. Key responsibilities include ensuring all training programs comply with Advanced Qualification Program (AQP), Instructor Standardization, and coordinating the Enhanced Pilot Proficiency process, Short Cycle tracking and data analysis, and managing the daily training operations.
+ Supports pilots in training
+ Tracks facilitator currency
+ Ensures training program compliance with AQP
+ Coordinates Human Factors courseware development and support
+ Coordinates courseware and document changes
+ Coordinates the Enhanced Pilot Proficiency process, Short Cycle analysis, and Training Review Process
+ Represents United Airlines at company and industry forums and meetings
+ Supports HFPD IE standardization
+ Coordinates with Training Ops on the scheduling of training events, to include Indoctrination, Requalification and Captain Upgrade training
+ Oversees the daily execution of the Pilot Professional Development program for 13000 pilots
+ Supports the HFPD Quality Control programs and ensures timely responses to problem areas
+ Organizes, plans, and directs the daily fleet training operation at the Flight Training Center and works with fleet planner to coordinate monthly HFPD training schedule
+ Ensures training programs are compliant with all regulatory policies, documents, and directives by working closely with the Training Development group and AQP
+ Maintains broad-based communication with line crews and various company departments via use of data streams such as FOQA, FSAP, IOR and AQP in order to identify and analyze flight operation problem areas, and then adjusts fleet training programs/media to mitigate these concerns

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-6 yrs experience
+ 3-5 years related work experience
+ Knowledge of Advanced Qualification Program training
+ Solid writing and oral communication skills
+ Basic iPad Skills
+ SharePoint management ability
+ Leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

The salary for this position is from $71,620 to $105,050, dependent on job-related, equal opportunity factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
