Responsible for operating and managing company aircraft to provide safe and efficient air transportation within company operational policies and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.


  • Perform all preflight tasks for flight and make any decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights from planned route
  • Inform crew of pertinent information to maintain a safe flight that meets the individual needs of customers
  • Determine and achieve compliance with all regulatory requirements by FAA, other agencies, or manufacturers, ensuring full compliance with reporting, documentation, and monitoring requirements
  • Complete recurrent classroom and simulator training and maintain required professional licenses, physical certificate, and aircraft currency
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for fuel, catering, aircraft service and personal travel expenses
  • Act as liaison between Aviation maintenance staff and contract maintenance personnel to complete repairs that may become necessary while aircraft is away from home base
  • Capable of reporting to Omaha Eppley Airport within 90 minutes of notification for duty



  • Valid driver's license
  • 4000 hours experience as a pilot in command flight time
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Turbojet multi engine type rating
  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • First Class FAA Medical Certificate


  • A Bachelor of Science degree
