B737 First/Second Officer - TUI Airways

TUI Airways is seeking applications for B737 First/Second Officers to join their team at one of their UK bases. As a B737 First/Second Officer, the individual will contribute to providing a safe and enjoyable in-flight experience for all customers, aligning with TUI's customer-focused culture. They will operate the B737 to various destinations, including Europe and North Africa, and potentially challenging airports such as Innsbruck and Funchal with experience. Opportunities may arise to support Flight Operations in areas like Safety, Recruitment, and Training. The Pilot Manager will provide career support and welfare assistance.

This position offers a lifestyle contract reflecting the seasonality of the business, featuring full-time work in the summer and part-time work in the winter, with bidding options for time off. The role includes an excellent salary with no training deductions (subject to a bonding period).

Applicants must possess a UK CAA-issued ATPL/CPL with ATPL theory credits and a current IR, a valid UK CAA Class 1 medical, previous military flying experience (fixed wing or rotary) within the last 2 years, completed MCC course (or exemption), completed Advanced UPRT, fluency in English (verbal and written) with ICAO Level 4, eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship, a valid passport for unrestricted worldwide travel, a minimum height of 1.58m (5ft 2in), and the ability to swim at least 25m. Before commencing training, successful candidates must complete referencing and pre-employment background checks for airport security ID issuance. Commuting time to the home base must not exceed 60 minutes within the UK.
