Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Gulfstream G550 Captain for an operation at KCLT airport. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the safe operation of the Gulfstream G550 aircraft.
• Conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
  • Performing thorough pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Assessing weather conditions and airport facilities for the planned route and alternates.
  • Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritizing the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.
  • Accurately completing all trip-related paperwork according to current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
• MEL PIC time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument flight time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Type rating on Gulfstream G550 or comparable aircraft.
• Valid First Class Medical certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis.
• Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KCLT or willingness to relocate.

Solairus Aviation collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Compensation for Solairus crewmembers ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and assigned account.
