Gulfstream G650 & G500 Captain
Solairus Aviation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Captain to join their dynamic team at the KISP airport in Ronkonkoma, NY. This is a full-time position requiring a candidate with exceptional piloting skills, an unwavering commitment to safety, and a collaborative spirit.
About the Role:
The selected Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Gulfstream G650 and G500 aircraft. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety in all aspects of flight operations.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with approved aircraft flight manuals.
- Analyzing weather conditions, route planning, and selecting appropriate alternate airports.
- Ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Accurately completing all necessary flight documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
- Minimum 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time
- Minimum 500 hours MEL PIC time
- Minimum 500 hours Turbo Jet time
- Minimum 250 hours Instrument time
- Type rating on G650 and G500 or comparable aircraft
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KISP or willingness to relocate
