Job Overview
Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Challenger 604 & Challenger 605 Captain to join an operation at KBED airport. This role involves managing a two-aircraft operation, including a Challenger 604 with Fusion avionics and a Challenger 605 with Pro Line 21 advanced avionics. The position entails extensive international flying, frequent weekend work, and operation during most holidays. Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the safe operation of the Challenger 604 & 605 aircraft.

Conduct all flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to, but not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
- Performing pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Conducting comprehensive checks of weather and facilities along the planned route and at destination and alternate airports.
- Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Guaranteeing the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
- Accurately completing all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.
Qualifications
- Total Flight Time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land PIC Time: 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
- Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications
- Type rating on CL604/5 or comparable aircraft.
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- Availability to work on an on-call basis.
- Completion of annual ICAO International procedures training.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KBED or willingness to relocate.

Compensation for Solairus crewmembers ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, determined by factors including geographic area, experience, equipment type, aircraft, job duties, training, and assigned account. Salary information is collected based on market conditions from multiple industry sources.
