Role Overview
The First Officer (SIC) supports the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft by assisting the Pilot in Command (PIC) in all flight duties. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies while ensuring a seamless, high-quality passenger experience. Candidates must demonstrate high levels of safety awareness, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of flight operations, including weather analysis, routing, performance calculations, and pre-flight inspections.

Monitor aircraft systems and instrumentation during all phases of flight; manage communication and navigation radios as directed by the PIC.

Uphold robust Crew Resource Management (CRM) standards and actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Manage pre-flight and post-flight logistics, including cabin readiness, documentation, and coordination of passenger-specific requirements.

Ensure the safety of the flight by monitoring for abnormal situations and maintaining readiness to assume control as required.

Provide exceptional service to passengers to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the mission.
Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours, including at least 100 hours in multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft. Turbine experience is preferred.

Certifications:
Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine instrument rating (or higher) and a valid First-Class Medical Certificate.

Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations, proficiency in CRM and flight management systems, and superior communication and decision-making abilities.

Operational Requirements:
Must be able to report to the departure airport within 60 minutes for charter assignments, possess a valid passport, and be available for extended travel.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds to manage baggage and equipment.
