Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and pleasant onboard environment for all passengers.
- Cultivating a positive and productive working relationship with colleagues and passengers.
- Efficiently preparing, serving, and restocking in-flight meals, beverages, and snacks, including the sale of onboard food and beverages.
- Providing courteous passenger greetings, assisting with carry-on baggage, and making clear onboard announcements.
- Providing effective leadership and assistance in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Calmly resolving passenger issues, including those involving disruptive behavior or medical emergencies.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including the inspection and safe operation of aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, AEDs).
- Adhering to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months beyond the application date) and any necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas prior to training commencement.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for safety briefings and incident reporting.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices for onboard systems operation, sales tracking, and training activities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to relocate to one of our crew domiciles (Atlanta, GA; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Tucson, AZ) following successful completion of SkyWest InFlight Training.

Specific requirements regarding height, weight, physical abilities, vision, hearing, and appearance (including hair, piercings, and tattoos) will be provided during the application process.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $28.86 per flight hour. New hires are guaranteed 76 flight hours as a reserve in their first two phases of training (resulting in a monthly base compensation of $2,193.36 gross; this does not include per diem or any additional flight hours worked). Per diem: $2.25 per hour while on duty away from the domicile.
