Responsibilities:
- Act as Pilot-in-Command on Citation M2 flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Maintain strict adherence to all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday trips as per scheduled hours.
- Adapt to varying work schedules, including day and night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with multi-engine land ratings.
- 3000 hours Total Time.
- 250 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- 500 hours Multi-Engine.
- 300 hours Jet Aircraft.
- 200 hours Instrument.
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Valid US Passport.
- Valid US State Driver's License.
- Garmin 1000/3000 experience is preferred.
- M2 or 525 experience is highly desirable.
- Prior Part 135 experience is beneficial.

Essential Skills:
- Adaptability to rapid changes and a dynamic work environment.
- Effective sleep management to ensure peak performance during flight duty.
- Physical stamina for extended duty periods, up to 14 hours per day for 6-8 days, potentially across multiple time zones and varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight for multiple days as required.
- Ability to pass a TSA background check and obtain a SIDA badge.
- Exceptional customer service skills, presenting a professional demeanor and creating a positive first impression.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Comfortable working around animals, including handling and care before, during, and after flights.
Compensation and Benefits:
