About the Role

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for delivering exceptional service on Part 135 charter flights, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining Silver Air's high service standards. Key functions include conducting pre- and post-flight cabin inspections, coordinating catering and provisioning, managing onboard inventory, and ensuring cabin cleanliness and presentation. The role also involves liaison with external partners and adherence to stringent safety and compliance protocols, including supporting international and overwater operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate / Part 91/135 Cabin Attendant; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven experience operating independently at remote or non-Silver Air managed bases.
  • Strong skills in provisioning, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • International and overwater experience strongly preferred; must be comfortable supporting international missions.
  • Expertise in high-end food and beverage service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Professional presentation and service mindset.
  • Ability to support a high-utilization charter aircraft.

Qualifications

  • Adherence to safety, compliance, and Silver Air Cabin Attendant Handbook standards.
  • Effective communication with flight crew during all flight phases.
  • Ability to perform full pre- and post-flight cabin inspections.
  • Coordination of catering, provisioning, and onboard inventory independently.
  • Overseeing stocking and readiness at third-party FBO/hangar environments.
  • Liaising with local FBOs, vendors, and service partners as required.
  • Maintaining cabin cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
  • Supporting international and overwater operations as needed.
