About the Role
Cabin Crew members will deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to passengers on board Ryanair Group aircraft. The role involves a demanding schedule with early and late shifts, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to safety. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all essential skills, culminating in supernumerary flights and the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. Career progression opportunities are extensive, with potential to advance into supervisory and management roles within the inflight division.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height range of approximately 157 cm (5'2") to 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.

Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.
