As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while providing excellent customer service. This dynamic role involves working a varied shift pattern, including early starts and late finishes, and potentially relocating to different bases within the Ryanair Group network. The position offers significant career progression opportunities within the airline, from supervisor roles to management positions.
No prior cabin crew experience is required. A 6-week paid training course will be provided, covering all fundamental skills necessary for the role. This training includes theoretical learning, exams, and Supernumerary flights, culminating in the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings.
