About the Role
A leading airline is seeking a dedicated Cabin Crew Training Specialist to plan and manage all aspects of cabin crew training programs. This role involves developing training schedules, establishing course syllabuses, and preparing training proposals for a variety of courses. The specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining all training materials, examinations, and associated documentation, including certificates and flight crew records.
Responsibilities

Plan and schedule all cabin crew training sessions.

Establish comprehensive training plans and course syllabuses.

Prepare training proposals prior to course commencement.

Develop all training materials, examinations, and documentation, including certificates and Red Books.

Monitor and update company systems related to training efficiency, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Record training data, results, and validation in company systems, maintaining both digital and hard copy records.

Collect and prepare relevant documents for instructor allowance and training facility claims.

Undertake other assignments as directed by the direct manager.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree; a degree in Airline Business is advantageous.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the airline business.

Proficiency with Cabin Crew Training Manuals, AOCR, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Adherence to Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) requirements.

Strong understanding and communication skills in English.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
