Cabin Crew Training Specialist

A leading airline is seeking a dedicated Cabin Crew Training Specialist to join their team in [Location - if available, otherwise omit]. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive cabin crew training programs, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Cabin Crew Training Specialist will be responsible for planning and scheduling all cabin crew training activities. This includes establishing training plans, developing course syllabi, and preparing training proposals. The role involves the creation and management of all training materials, examinations, and essential documentation such as certificates and Red Books for flight crew members. Furthermore, the specialist will monitor and update company systems to enhance planning efficiency and manage training data, including recording results and validations, maintaining both digital and hard copy records. This position also entails collecting documents for instructor allowance claims and training facility reimbursements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the airline business.
• Proficiency in Cabin Crew Training Manuals, AOCR, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adherence to CAAT requirements.
• Strong understanding and effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; a degree in Airline Business is advantageous.
