Main Responsibilities

Ensure cabin safety and adherence to all operational procedures.

Deliver discreet, five-star VIP service to passengers.

Manage catering planning, ordering, and onboard presentation.

Execute full cabin preparation and management before, during, and after flights.

Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Maintain the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and presentation.

Coordinate effectively with flight crew and operations teams.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business aviation.

Previous experience in First Class airline service or high-end hospitality is advantageous.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage work across different time zones.

Proficiency in arranging catering with restaurants and hotels.

Capability to create simple plates and welcome snacks independently.

Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is considered an advantage.

Flexibility and availability for irregular duty schedules.

Comfortable interacting with high-expectation clients.

Minimum age requirement of 25 years.

Must possess a Swiss or EU/EAA passport.
