The position requires a commitment to operating a dynamic shift roster, including early mornings and late nights. Requirements

The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.

Enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are key.

Successful completion of a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course, covering all fundamental skills for the role.

Exams will be conducted at regular intervals during the training, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
