The Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline, is seeking dedicated Cabin Crew members to join its dynamic team. Based initially in Wroclaw, Poland, successful candidates will contribute to delivering an exceptional safety and customer service experience across the Ryanair Group's extensive network.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you will join an industry-leading airline group committed to providing exceptional service and safety to over 600,000 guests daily. This role offers fast-track career opportunities within the Ryanair Group's vast network. The journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course, equipping you with the fundamental skills for a top-class safety and customer service role. While demanding, operating both early and late shifts, the position is highly rewarding. Career progression is encouraged, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Operate on a fixed 5 days on, 3 days off roster pattern.

Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster.

Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
