A320 / Embraer 190-E2 Captain
An A320 / Embraer 190-E2 Captain takes command of the flight from the left-hand seat, ensuring the highest personal and professional standards are consistently maintained. The primary focus is on guaranteeing safe, comfortable, and punctual flights. As a leader and team player, the Captain sets an example and contributes to the development of Scoot team members to deliver an exceptional experience to all passengers.
Requirements:
- Total flight time exceeding 3,500 hours on airplanes with a Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTOM) of 5,700kg or more.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC/P1) on multi-engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
- A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo license conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months’ validity.)
- Demonstrated ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 4.
- Satisfactory compliance with all vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS.

Training:
Where applicable, successful candidates will undergo training to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the designated fleet. Candidates provided with type rating training will be subject to a co-payment of the training cost and a training bond will be required.
