First Officer - Scoot Airlines

Scoot is seeking a qualified First Officer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Captain to ensure safe, comfortable, and on-time flight performance, while also contributing to the delivery of the unique Scootitude experience to all passengers.

The First Officer will play a crucial role in flight operations, upholding Scoot's commitment to excellence and passenger satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time on aeroplanes with a Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTMA) of 5700kg or more.
Possession of a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) issued ICAO CPL(A)/ ATPL(A). (Foreign ATPL holders will be required to undergo license conversion, which includes an instrument rating and a proficiency check with a minimum of 6 months' validity.)
Demonstrated ability to speak and understand English with a minimum ICAO Level 4 proficiency.
Satisfy all vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS.

Training and Bond

Where applicable, successful candidates will undergo training to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet. Candidates provided with type rating training will be subject to a co-payment of training costs and will be required to enter into a training bond.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests. Following the online assessment, successful candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre in Singapore, which will include a group stage and an individual interview. The final stage will involve a Simulator Assessment and Personality Assessment over a two-day period.
