The Role: First Officer

The First Officer works closely with the Captain to ensure the safe, comfortable, and punctual delivery of all flights. Training Cost and Commitment

Where applicable, successful applicants requiring specific Aircraft Type Rating training for the assigned fleet will be subject to a co-payment contribution toward the training expenses. Furthermore, candidates receiving type rating sponsorship will be required to enter into a defined training bond agreement.

Selection and Assessment Process

The recruitment process is rigorous and designed to identify highly skilled and suitable candidates:

  1. Stage 1: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude assessments.
  2. Stage 2: Candidates who successfully pass the online assessment stage will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre conducted in Singapore. This stage includes both a group assessment and an individual interview.
  3. Stage 3: Successful candidates from the Assessment Centre will be scheduled for a two-day final assessment period, which comprises a comprehensive Simulator Assessment and a validated MMPI Assessment.
