First Officer
Scoot is seeking a dedicated First Officer to join our expanding flight operations team. Since our inception in 2012, we have grown to operate a modern fleet including the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 787 Dreamliners, and the upcoming Embraer E190-E2. In this role, you will work closely with the Captain to ensure safe, comfortable, and punctual flight operations while upholding the signature "Scootitude" experience for all passengers.
Key Requirements

A minimum of 1,500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time on aeroplanes with a Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTOM) of 5,700kg or more.

Must hold a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A).

Foreign ATPL holders must undergo a license conversion, which requires a valid instrument rating and a proficiency check with a minimum of six months' validity.

Proficiency in English with a minimum ICAO Level 4 certification.

Must satisfy all vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS.

Training and Development
Successful candidates will be provided with Aircraft Type Rating training for their assigned fleet. This training is subject to a mandatory co-payment by the candidate and requires entering into a training bond.
Selection Process
The recruitment process for this position involves several stages:

Completion of online aptitude tests for shortlisted candidates.

An Assessment Centre in Singapore, featuring both group and individual interview components.

A two-day evaluation consisting of a simulator assessment and a personality assessment.
