A highly collaborative and interactive flight department is seeking full-time Gulfstream G-200 Pilots to join their team. This position is based near the San Francisco Bay Area.
Pilots in this role are primarily responsible for performing Part 135 or Part 91 flight assignments on domestic itineraries, with limited international operations. The department operates with a focus on predictability and control, developing flight schedules approximately 45 days in advance. While charter client itineraries may evolve, the operation is specifically designed to avoid short-notice "pop-up" flights, fostering an exceptionally supportive on-demand flight environment. This structure contributes to a professional company culture and allows for greater flexibility in pilot domicile and highly predictable flight schedules. Pilots can expect an average of 12 to 15 duty days per month.
