Currently, the airline group is recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous operational bases. Successful applicants will be invited to an In-Person Assessment Day, with a specific event scheduled for Liverpool on December 9, 2025. Further invitations will be extended following the review of submitted applications.
Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests traveling daily on more than 3,600 flights. The role involves a commitment to providing top-class safety and customer service, immersing oneself in the company's vibrant culture from the outset.
The journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip new recruits with all fundamental skills required for daily operations. This intensive program includes regular examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Minimum height requirement of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum of 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in water.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
- Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a 'can do' attitude.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
