Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will be responsible for delivering exceptional safety and customer service to over 600,000 guests daily. Training and Development

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role. This immersive training program includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings, signifying qualification. Work Schedule

Cabin crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts. Early shifts may require reporting for duty as early as 5 am, while late shifts may extend until midnight. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a shift roster are essential.

Requirements

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in water.
• Demonstrated hard work, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude towards a shift roster.
• Enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
• A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
